Orders
All orders are subject to availability. If we are unable to provide your order or part of an order, we will contact you via email as soon as possible to offer you a full refund on the unavailable item(s). Any orders from outside of the UK may be cancelled without notice if the full postage amount is not added via the "Delivery Information" page. |

Delivery Times
We aim to despatch all orders within two working days of receiving the order subject to availability of the item(s). Generally, UK orders are delivered within 7 days of dispatch using Royal Mail. However, please allow up to 28 days for delivery especially around busy periods e.g. Christmas. |

Pricing
All prices are in UK Pound Sterling. Any orders outside of the UK have additional delivery charges and must be added via the "Delivery Information" page, otherwise your order may be cancelled without notice. All item prices will be clearly shown before you commit to purchasing any items but postage costs for non-UK orders must be added via the "Delivery Information" page before completing your order. |

Payment
Payment can be made using the secure Pay pal checkout using many of the major credit/debit cards. Pay pal payments are also accepted via the secure Pay pal checkout. If you would prefer to pay using a cheque or postal order, please contact us via the Customer Feedback page BEFORE placing an order. |

Refunds & Exchanges
Please select your items carefully. We provide a 'cooling off' period in line with current legislation if you decide you no longer want your item(s). If this is the case, we will accept returns only if the item(s) are returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. The item(s) must also be in an unused condition in their original packaging (the item must not have been opened). You are responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted product. |

Safety
Jigsaws do contain small pieces and it is your responsibility to supervise any children building/playing with a jigsaw puzzle. Jigsaw pieces should not be placed in the mouth or swallowed as this may cause harm. Jigsaw pieces may also be a choking hazard to children under 3 years of age. It is your responsibility to judge the suitability of the jigsaw puzzle for its required purpose. |

Missing Jigsaw Pieces
Missing jigsaw pieces are a manufacturing defect and we cannot provide a replacement. If you find that you have any missing jigsaw pieces please check any information contained in the jigsaw box as most manufacturers have a missing-piece replacement service. If there is no manufacturing information, feel free to contact us using the Customer Feedback page as we may then be able to help you get in touch with the manufacture to replace the missing piece(s). |
